Abstract
The thesis deals with marketing communication from the perspective of shopping centers. The theoretical part focuses on the different marketing communication tools, and the practical part analyzes the current marketing communication. The questionnaire investigation analyzed attitudes and opinions of customers in Shopping Centre Zlate Jablko in Zlin based on current marketing activities. Furthermore are proposed other possible forms of communications.
