Návrh anatomické vložky do bot s využitím pokročilých konstrukčních nástrojů

Abstract

In this Master´s thesis the design of an orthopaedic shoe insert for patients with diabetic foot syndrome was addressed. The anatomy and biomechanics of the lower limb were described, common foot deformities were presented and the problems of diabetic foot syndrome including plantar pressure measurements were discussed. The insole was designed based on foot impression and pressure data, which was processed and used to design the relief structure in nTopology. The final prototype was fabricated using the additive SLS method. The functionality and manufacturability of the insole was evaluated positively, although it was only tested individually.
