Konstrukční návrh mechanického budiče kmitů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na konstrukční návrh mechanického budiče kmitů pro dopravu asfaltového recyklátu na vodorovný vibrační podavač. V úvodní části je provedeno základní rozdělení vibrační dopravy s popisem pohonů pro dopravu. Následují technologické výpočty, které určí postupovou rychlost zrna pro návrh excentrického závaží. Dále je zde popsána problematika excentrického závaží při úhlu natočení a popisem dosažených výsledků. Na základě návrhu excentrického závaží je vytvořena průběžná hřídel elektromotoru. Součásti práce je sestavný výkres a zhodnocení dosažených výsledků závěrem.

This thesis is focused on the design of Mechanical Vibration Exciter for transport of the recycled asphalt to the horizontal vibrating feeder. The introduction contains the basic division of vibrating transport with the description of transport drives. Technological calculations, which determine the progress rate of grain for the design of the eccentric weights, ensue. The next part describes the issues of the eccentric weights at the angle of rotation, followed by the description of the results achieved. Based on the concept of eccentric weights, a continuous motor shaft is created. A design forms a part of the thesis and the evaluation of achieved results makes up the conclusion.
