Problematika ustavování obrobků upnutých na paletovém upínacím systému

Abstract

Diploma thesis is focused on problems regarding setting of workpieces clamped on the pallet clamping system. In the introduction it discusses possible ways of clamping and setting of workpieces on tooling machines. It presents a solution for setting of workpieces clamped on the pallet clamping system outside a tooling machine itself by using a 3-axis coordinate measuring machine. This solution uses means, which offer a measuring program installed on a 3-axis coordinate measuring machine and by the author developed computer application for creation of data file for a tooling machine. This thesis is based on factual knowledge from usage of this solution in single-part production environment, because the system of setting of workpieces clamped on the pallet clamping system as it is presented in this thesis is already in use.
