Integrace nového modelu do stávající linky

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá částí linky Nástavba. V současnosti se na lince vyrábí dva modely aut a to TYP1 a TYP2. TYP1 bude z výroby vybíhat a nejprve ho nahradí TYP3 a později TYP4. Podle zadání musí být linka po integraci schopna vyrábět 3+1 modely. Součástí integrace má být rovněž navýšení kapacity a flexibility linky. Celá integrace se musí uskutečňovat během plného provozu a přes víkendy tak, aby po celozávodní dovolené mohla naběhnout výroba nového modelu. Diplomová práce obsahuje návrhy konkrétních opatření či postupů, které zajistí, aby integrace nových modelů do stávající linky proběhla v co nejkratším čase a bez dopadů na současnou výrobu.

The thesis deals with parts of the line Body. Currently, the line produces two models of cars TYP 1 and TYP 2. TYP 1 will jut from the factory and replaced by TYP 3 and then TYP 4. According to the assignment, the line must be able to produce 3+1 models. The integration should also be increasing capacity and flexibility of the line. The entire integration must take place during full operation and on weekends so that after a company-wide holiday the production of new models could start. The thesis contains proposals for specific actions or procedures to ensure that the integration of new models to the existing lines take place in the shortest possible time and with no impact on current production.
