Rezidua pesticidů v potravinářském průmyslu

Abstract

This thesis deals with pesticides and their residues. In the first part focused on basic classification, characteristics and properties of all pesticides. This thesis deals with the fate of pesticides in various environmental compartments. The subsequent charter is devoted to pesticide residues and their effect on organism, in particular this is the modern pesticides, particulary organophosphate compounds subgroup, where several representatives are choler which their behavior is monitored in the environment and food. In conclusion, the thesis contains a brief summary of legislation relating to both the Czech Republic and European Union.
