Analýza potenciálu trhu měst a regionů pro investory

Abstract

Pro svou bakalářskou práci jsem si zvolila téma Analýza potenciálu trhu měst a regionů pro investory. Cílem mé práce je zjistit názor měst a regionů na priority investorů, které hrají roli při jejich rozhodování, kde podnikat. A srovnat tento názor s tím, co tato města a regiony investorům nabízí. Dále jestli se považují za atraktivní, a jaké marketingové aktivity používají pro to, aby na sebe upozornily. A v neposlední řadě také zda čerpají prostředky z Evropské unie a jiných dotačních fondů. Získané odpovědi jsem analyzovala. V návaznosti na výsledky jsem v poslední kapitole uvedla návrhy a doporučení.

My bachelor thesis is Market Potential Analysis for Investors within Municipalities and Regions. The aim of my thesis is to find out an opinion of municipalities and regions to investor´s priorities, which have a role in their decision where to run a business. And compare this opinion with what municipalities and regions offer to investors. Then if it considers itself attractive and which marketing activities does it use to be noticed. And finally, whether they use the money from the European Union and other grants. Responses were analyzed. In consequence of the results, I offered suggestions and recommendations in the last chapter.
