Abstract

The Bachelor’s thesis deals with the functional safety of an electric parking brake with electric motors in the brakes. The introduction describes functional safety, standarts and methods which we will continue to work. It also describes the basic function of EPB and its advantages and disadvantages. Then we focused on analysing the risks that could arise from using it. Using selected methods, we determined the integrity of security.
