Stanovení trvanlivosti řezného nástroje

Abstract

Cílem práce je stanovit trvanlivost řezného nástroje. Úvod popisuje seznámení s problematikou trvanlivosti a opotřebení. V druhé kapitole práce je náhled do opotřebení, jeho klasifikace a typy. Následuje seznámení s kritérii opotřebení a metodami měření. Třetí kapitola se zabývá návrhem experimentální části, to zahrnuje popis měřených nástrojů, charakteristiku testovacích materiálů, volbu stroje a měřícího přístroje. V další kapitole je vyhodnocování jednotlivých výsledků. Práce u ukončena závěrečným zhodnocením.

The aim of the thesis is to determine the durability of the cutting tool. The introduction describes an introduction to the issue of durability and wear. In the second chapter of the thesis, there is an overview of wear, its classification and types. This is followed by an introduction to wear criteria and measurement methods. The third chapter deals with the design of the experimental part, it includes the description of the measured instruments, the characteristics of the test materials, the choice of the machine and the measuring device. The next chapter contains the evaluation of individual results. The work is completed with a final evaluation.
