Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on management of human resources in chosen private sector organization, which is the company BORCAD cz s.r.o. especially on employee recruitment proces. The thesis is divided into three basic parts. Theoretical approaches in recruitment process are described in the opening theoretical part. Practical part is focused on analysis of current state at company BORCAD cz s.r.o. According to current state analysis, the recommendations to improve management of human resources are described in third part.
