Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with measuring customers satisfaction with restaurant service. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of customers satisfaction and services. The methodical part deals with method of data collection and evalution used in this diploma thesis. The practical part is devoted to questionnaire research and it's results. In the end, suggestions and recommendations which are presented can help to increase customers satisfaction with the restaurant.
