ANNOTATION OF BACHELOR THESIS MLOTEK, D. Assessment of Energy Consumption on Rail Segment after Electrification: Bachelor Thesis. Ostrava: VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, The Institute of Transport, 2018, 73 p. Thesis head: Ing. Jaromír Široký, Ph.D. Thesis deals with the assessment of the power engineering of the Ostrava-Kunčice - Valašské Meziříčí railway section after its electrification. In this thesis the analysis of track and operational conditions in this section is performed. The technical normative of the weight of freight trains for selected series of electric traction vehicles is also specified. For these freight trains the parameters of motion and the determination of the energy intensity of their transport are calculated. Technical evaluated is performed on the end.
