Abstract

The content and theme of this thesis is issue of financial planning. In the first, theoretical part of the thesis is possible to understand the objectives, role, methods of financial planning in general and the type sof financial plans. In the second part of the thesis is characterized problem of creating a financial plan in connection with the maintenance o fland in the company RPG RE Land, Ltd., which has a strong positron in the properte market in the areas of rent, management and maintanance. This company is presented as a part of the RPG Real Estate group. Gained Experience: financial planning, probleme of making financial plan.
