| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce na téma problematika finančního plánování obsahuje dvě části. V první teoretické části se lze v obecné rovině seznámit s cílem, úlohou, metodami finančního plánování, druhy finančních plánů. V druhé části diplomové práce je charakterizována problematika tvorby finančního plánu v souvislosti s údržbou pozemků ve společnosti RPG RE Land, s.r.o., která má významnou pozici na trhu s nemovitostmi v oblasti pronájmů, správy a údržby. Tato společnost je představena jako součást skupiny RPG Real Estate. Získané zkušenosti: finanční plánování, problematika tvorby finančního plánu. | cs |

In the first, theoretical part of the thesis is possible to understand the objectives, role, methods of financial planning in general and the type sof financial plans. In the second part of the thesis is characterized problem of creating a financial plan in connection with the maintenance o fland in the company RPG RE Land, Ltd., which has a strong positron in the properte market in the areas of rent, management and maintanance.
