Abstract
The Master thesis is aimed at monitoring the production equipment and automatic data acquisition on the assembly line 539/542/561/568. This line assembles various types of sensors (BOMs): 6806 and 6803 BOMs (539), BOM 6814 (542), BOM 6867 (561), BOM 07357 (568). The Master thesis deals with the removal of the manually-filled OEE forms for 539/542/561/568 assembly line, and their replacement with electronic data aquisition directly on the assembly line, thereby achieving the removal of manual information transfer, and the elimination of technical, organizational and audit errors.
