Energeticky úsporné zkoušení rotačních převodníků

Abstract

The dissertation focuses on the energy testing of the rotary hydraulic motors. It is necessary to verify the functionality of the rotary hydraulic motors when they are manufactured or repaired. The main parameters that are verified by the test are the required output torque and speed of the hydraulic motor as a function of pressure and flow. It is necessary to consume significant energy to achieve these parameters. By suitable hydraulic interconnection, the part of the required energy can be saved to perform the test. The energy saving stand, working on the principle of power circulation, was created in this work. Also, the simulation model of the energy saving hydraulic circuit was created. The simulation model can predict the power saving to perform the test with or without recuperation. The aim of this work is to evaluate the power saving of the hydraulic motor test in the energy saving circuit with recuperation in comparison to the hydraulic motor test without recuperation.
