Zařízení pro sběr ropných látek z hladiny vodních toků

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukcí plovoucího skimmeru, který umožní sbírat z vodní hladiny ropné látky či podobné nečistoty a čerpat je externím čerpadlem umístěným na břehu do připravených nádob. Součástí je teoretický úvod a rešerše podobných výrobků ve světě. Jsou řešeny výpočty plovacích vlastností skimmeru a v návaznosti na to navržena celá konstrukce umožňující regulovat automaticky i dálkově tloušťku sbírané vrstvy. Byl vytvořen kompletní 3D model pro kontrolu komponentů pomocí MKP analýzy, tvorbu výkresové dokumentace a fotorealistické vizualizace. Součástí je i předběžný návod k použití.

This Bachelor´s thesis is concerned with the construction of floating skimmers which enable the collection of crude oil-based materials or similar materials and their pumping-off - including similar such materials by pumps located on the banks (of rivers, etc,) into pre-prepared containers. Its components include the theoretical introduction as well as research into similar products in the world. It resolves the calculations of the floatqualities of skimmers, and linked to that, the suggested design of the whole construction enables one to automatically regulate at a distance the thickness of the pumped-off layers. A complete 3D model has been created for the control of components with the aid of FEM analyses, the creation of the underpinning documentation as well as photo-realistic visualistaions. An instruction manual is included in this thesis.
