Experimentální hodnocení mřížkových struktur vyrobených technologií SLS

Abstract

STANISLAV, Jakub. Experimental Evaluation of Lattice Structures Manufactured by SLS Technology. Ostrava, 2026. Master's Thesis. Ostrava: VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Machining, Assembly and Engineering Metrology, Thesis supervisor: Ing. Dominik Krišák. This thesis presents experimental evaluation of lattice structures manufactured by Selective Laser Sintering (SLS). The theoretical part covers SLS principles, PA12 properties, and mechanical behaviour of lattice structures under compression. Three structure types – BCC, Gyroid and Schwarz Diamond – were manufactured on two SLS systems (EOS Formiga P 110 Velocis and Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W) in three cell sizes (6, 7.5 and 9 mm), totalling 54 specimens. Specimens were tested according to ISO 13314 and key mechanical parameters were evaluated. The effects of structure type, cell size and printer were statistically assessed using Minitab.
