Abstract

This bachelor’s work focus on possibility productivity improvement of deep drilling by using new technology. In the first part original company’s producing technology is describe. In the second part this work focus on new technology T – A system of drilling plate. Result of this work will be reduction of machine time and prolongation of lifetime drilling plate. During drilling of pass-through hole Ø 35 mm and length 205 mm to the high strength steel. Evaluation of this work is selection applicable cover of drilling plate with optimal cutting condition for concrete operation which company require.
