Abstract

The bachelor’s thesis examines the analysis and proposed optimization of the employee benefits system in the engineering company Č.V.PROTOTYP s.r.o. The theoretical section defines basic concepts in the field of compensation and employee benefits. The practical section focuses on the company profile and a detailed analysis of the current benefits system. The thesis also includes an assessment of how the benefits align with management’s interests and employee preferences, as determined through a questionnaire. The resulting synthesis of the analyses then forms the basis for proposing specific steps to optimize the system. The conclusion evaluates the expected benefits and costs of the proposed changes.
