Experimentální hodnocení stavu ostří nástrojů z nitridické keramiky při nepravidelném přerušovaném řezu

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on testing of the cerramic cutting inserts and their resistence to irregular interrupted cutting. The introduction of thesis includes basics information about mechanicat and thermal shock resistance of cutting edge. Then include mechanisms, forms a kriteria wear of cutting tools. The chapter of cutting ceramics is intersted about their production, type sof keramik, and their properities. The practical part includes information about method and procedure of experiment, describe used ceramics cutting tools and material. The last part of diploma thesis includes the results in form of tables and graphs. The resulst also includes photography of udes cuttong tools. From the results it is concluded and recommendations.
