Srovnání kvality maloobchodních řetězců

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the quality of selected retail chains. At the beginning, the theoretical background related to services and quality is presented. Subsequently, the specifics of retail sales and the current situation of the retail chain market in the Czech Republic are described. The primary data are obtained using a questionnaire and then analyzed using the SERVQUAL method.
