Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with evaluation integrity milled surface by dispositioned spherical cutter. First we will descripe basic informations about milling of contoured surfaces. There is a spherical tool, which is optimal for our experiments. Cutter is tilted angle-wise definited βn . We tested integrity for 3 materials. There is described a value of integrity surface for mechanical industry. In this work we prefer surface roughness which we measured. In fine we suggested equations which do not reply our destinations, but we can find there some connections with our issue. It will be aplicated in other research.
