The scope of this bachelor thesis is to create an applicable marketing project for a training system called the Efficient Production Process, which is offered by the Department of Mechanical Technology. This trainging system is primarily intended for middle management as it is described further in more detailed way. At the beginning of this bachelor thesis, a theoretical analysis of the scope is done, further is the training system described from perspectives of duration, price, scope of lectures etc. The target customer for the training system is specified. In the next part, the market characteristcs is provided – a segmentation of prospective customers into a homogenous group with similar needs. The current market status is also analysed from perspectives of competitors and competitive training systems. Own proposals of solution of marketing/communication mix are provided. Finally, this bachelor thesis and especially its benefits are reviewed.
