Využití PLC pro řízení tříosého mechanismu

Abstract

This thesis is dealing with utilization of the PLC for control of triaxial mechanism. The PLC is from ABB company. Software for programming this PLC is CODESYS. Here is description of laboratory models of CNC machine tools available on the department and description of milling machine that was used, its parameters and connection of this milling machine with the PLC and PC. Conection of PLC and milling machine is realised with switching amplifying circuit. Then this thesis contains an example of utilization of this system in the form of solution of algorithm for milling a keyseat for sunk key. Mutual movement of workpiece and milling cutter is performed by stepper motors. Aplication for monitoring and control is also part of this thesis.
