Měření spokojenosti obyvatel mikroregionu

Abstract

This thesis was focused on measuring public satisfaction in micro-region. The aim was to measure public satisfaction and based on these results suggest proposals and recommendations to improve satisfaction. The theoretical part is a description of the micro-region and measurement theory satisfaction. Described is also the methodology of work. The practical part focuses on the evaluation of the data and are designed proposals and recommendations.
