Návrh systému měření výkonnosti podniku metodou Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose of Business Efficiency Measurement of company by using the Balanced Scorecard Metodh. The diploma thesis is divided into teoretical and practical part. In theoretical part are define the basic notions regarding Balanced Scorecard metodh and theoretic data of the Balanced Scorecard metodh. The theoretical part is followed by the presentation the join-stock ompany LANEX and practical part, where are identit individual prospects of the Balanced Scorecard method. Based on the findings the company was clarified a corporate strategy and proposed strategic objectives, measures, targets and strategic actions that implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method can begin to track and measure.
