Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of providing employee benefits in a selected company. The subject of the thesis is the analysis of the existing benefits system. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains definitions and meaning concepts motivation and stimulation. Then the work focuses on the impact of reward on work motivation Further contains employee benefits and their importance, breakdown and form of provision. In the end, the theoretical part summarizes the advantages, risks and inefficiencies of employee benefits. The practical part analyzes the current system of benefits in company and contains an evaluation of the questionnaire survey. The characteristic part of the selected company is included in the practical part. In the end of the practical part are included proposals for adjusting the benefits system, which result from the questionnaire survey and should lead to an increase of the motivation and satisfaction of the employees.
