Úprava systému benefitů jako prostředku k motivaci a spokojenosti zaměstnanců

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané společnosti. Předmětem práce je analýza stávajícího systému benefitů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení a význam pojmů motivace a stimulace. Potom se práce zaměřuje na to, jaký vliv má odměňování na pracovní motivaci. Dále obsahuje zaměstnanecké benefity a jejich význam, členění a formu poskytování. V závěru teoretické část jsou shrnuty přínosy, rizika a neefektivnost zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Praktická část analyzuje současný systém benefitů ve společnosti a obsahuje vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření. V praktické čísti je zahrnuta charakteristika vybrané společnosti. V závěru praktické části jsou obsaženy návrhy na úpravu systému benefitů, které plynou z výsledků dotazníkového šetření a měly by vést ke zvýšení motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of providing employee benefits in a selected company. The subject of the thesis is the analysis of the existing benefits system. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains definitions and meaning concepts motivation and stimulation. Then the work focuses on the impact of reward on work motivation Further contains employee benefits and their importance, breakdown and form of provision. In the end, the theoretical part summarizes the advantages, risks and inefficiencies of employee benefits. The practical part analyzes the current system of benefits in company and contains an evaluation of the questionnaire survey. The characteristic part of the selected company is included in the practical part. In the end of the practical part are included proposals for adjusting the benefits system, which result from the questionnaire survey and should lead to an increase of the motivation and satisfaction of the employees.
