Abstract

The theme of the thesis is an analysis of the quality management system in selected company in order to find an area with potential for improvement and establishing a system of measuring customer satisfaction. The theoretical part is devoted to the issue of quality itself, its importance, to development and implementation of quality management system. In the practical part is analyzed quality management system in selected company, made the measurements and evaluation of customer satisfaction leading customers and offers some recommendations for improving the system.
