Posouzení motivačního systému vybraného podniku

Abstract

The following bachelor’s thesis deals with the motivation of employees in enterprise Lukrom spol. s r. o. In the theoretical part of this thesis the author dedicates definition of the term motivation itself, its dividing, and theories, followed by motivating factors, specific reasons of subsiding motivation and possible measurement of motivation by fluctuation of employees. The practical part contains characterization of chosen enterprise in the beginning, following analysis of current status of motivation of employees. The analysis was performed via questionnaires and half-standardized face-to-face interviews. In the end of this thesis author proposes suggestions and recommendations for improvement of work motivation in the enterprise.
