Studium vlivu parametrů odmašťování na čistotu substrátu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá odmašťovacím procesem a volbou vhodných parametrů pro odmaštění ocelových materiálů. Hlavní důraz práce je kladen na odmašťování v alkalickém roztoku metodou ponorem. V první části práce jsou popsány obecné možnosti v procesu technologie odmašťování. Dále je rozebrán současný stav odmašťovacích prostředků či zkušební metody hodnocení čistoty povrchu substrátu. Druhá část je zaměřena na experimenty s odmašťovadlem typu Alkalit R/2 1199. V experimentální práci jsou porovnávány parametry teploty, koncentrace prostředku a doby odmašťování. Vyhodnocení provedených zkoušek je zapsáno ve formě tabulek a grafů.

The thesis deals with the degreasing process and selecting appropriate parameters for the degreasing of steel materials. The main emphasis is placed on degreasing in alkaline solution by method of immersion. In the first part of the work are described the general options in the process of degreasing technology. It is also discussed the current state of degreasing agents or test methods of evaluating the purity of the substrate surface. The second part is focused on experiments with degreaser Alkalit type R/2 1199. In the experimental work are compared the parameters of temperature, medium concentration and time of degreasing. The evaluation of performed tests is written in the form of tables and graphs.
