Výzkum možnosti nasazení technické diagnostiky za účelem reengineeringu systému údržby ofsetového tiskového stroje

Abstract

The presented dissertation focuses on the analysis of possibilities of implementing technical diagnostic methods in the reengineering of the maintenance of offset printing machines. The work includes research into the current state of maintenance of offset printing machines in a specific company that was the subject of investigation. Based on the requirements of the company's management for specific parts of the machine, diagnostic methods were selected, specifically vibrodiagnostics and tribodiagnostics, for measuring and analyzing vibrations on the bearings of the form, offset and inking rollers of the printing units. Furthermore, the measurement was carried out in the laboratory on the premises of the VSB - Technical University of Ostrava. The measured data were analyzed in detail, described and compared with each other. The results not only provide an assessment of the suitability of diagnostic methods for specific machine parts, but also establish recommended vibration and oil cleanliness values that should not be exceeded within the full functionality of the machines. With the mentioned procedure, we will ensure the possibility of deploying predictive maintenance of the given devices. The results of this work are beneficial not only for offset machines, but also for other low-speed machines.
