Optimalizace zpracování syntetických pásů

Abstract

The thesis focuses on the optimization of synthetic belt processing. The aim of the thesis is to conduct a detailed analysis of the synthetic belt cutting process and subsequently use the acquired knowledge and data to propose a process change that will allow the elimination of one cutting machine, thereby creating the necessary space for a new machine. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the problem and explains the basic concepts and methods, which are then applied in the practical part. The practical part presents the company where the work was carried out and provides a detailed analysis of the existing cutting process. Based on this analysis, an optimized workflow is proposed to free up space for new technological equipment. The proposed solution is implemented in practice and compared with the original process.
