Studium vlivu povrchové úpravy na kvalitu nanopovlaků

Abstract

Subject of my bachelor thesis is study Study of Influence Surface Adjustment on Quality Nanocoatings. In the first part I then dealt with the material surface. In the next chapter I focused on some mechanical or chemical surface adjustments. I also dealt with the issue of nanotechnology and nano- coatings. The last chapter is devoted to some important qualitative properties of the surface for the subsequent application of the coating system, which is purity and adhesion. Finally, I mentioned the testing of adhesion. Experimental part deals with adhesion of a transparent, water-borne paint containing nanoparticles on samples of aluminum and a standard steel sheet coated with the subsequent degreasing and surface roughening. Adhesion was examined before and after exposure to 100 hours in the corrosion chamber.
