Abstract
The bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a pneumatic lift for electric bicycles. The introduction focuses on a market survey and analysis of commercially available bicycle lifts. The first part presents the structural design of the device with respect to dimensions and customer requirements. The thesis then addresses the design of the pneumatic circuit, emphasizing simplicity and operational safety. Subsequently, the structure is verified using the finite element method and analytical calculations. The final part includes the proposal for anchoring the device to the floor of the production hall. The appendix contains the assembly drawing of the entire machine and the developed view drawing of the column. The conclusion provides an evaluation of the whole thesis.
