Projekt realizace nákupu dlouhodobého majetku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na proces projektu realizace nákupu dlouhodobého majetku ve strojírenské firmě. V úvodu jsou popsána teoretická východiska pořizování dlouhodobého majetku. Následně byla vypracována charakteristika firmy a jejího reálného investičního projektu na pořízení dlouhodobého majetku. Dále se práce zaměřuje na analýzu ekonomické kondice a příležitostí firmy. V závěrečných fázích se věnuje výběru dodavatele, realizaci projektu a analýze efektivity a rizik této investice.

The Master thesis is focuses on the project of realisation of purchasing of fixed assets in an engineering company. In the opening part, the theoretical basis of purchasing of fixed assets are described. Subsequently, the characteristics of the company and its real investment project for the acquisition of fixed assets were developed. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the analysis of the economic condition and opportunities of the company. In the final stages, the thesis deals with the selection of the supplier, implementation of the project and analysis of the effectiveness and risks of this investment.
