Příprava a organizace sportovní akce

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals the preparation and organization of sports event, specifically organization of riding competitions. The author of this work chosen races in the discipline of western riding. The work is divided into two main parts. The first part focuses on the characteristics of theoretical concepts such as management and marketing in more general terms. There are also developed their component parts on sports marketing and management, sports advertising and sponsorship in sport. The last part of this chapter is devoted to riding. In their work, the author discusses the preparation and implementation of sports event. Evaluates the financial aspects and analyzes the external and internal environment by using SWOT analysis. In the final part depicts the proposals and recommendations for future races.
