Příprava a organizace sportovní akce

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá přípravou a následnou organizací sportovní akce, konkrétně organizací jezdeckých závodů. Autor si pro tuto práci vybral závody v disciplíně westernového ježdění. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku teoretických pojmů jako je management a marketing, v obecnější rovině. Dále jsou rozvinuty jejich dílčí části na sportovní management a marketing, sportovní reklamu a sponzoring ve sportu. Poslední část této kapitoly je věnována jezdectví. Ve vlastní práci se autor zabývá samotnou přípravou a realizací sportovní akce. Zhodnocuje její finanční stránku a analyzuje vnější a vnitřní prostředí pomocí SWOT analýzy. V závěrečné části jsou nastíněny návrhy a doporučení pro budoucí závody.

The bachelor thesis deals the preparation and organization of sports event, specifically organization of riding competitions. The author of this work chosen races in the discipline of western riding. The work is divided into two main parts. The first part focuses on the characteristics of theoretical concepts such as management and marketing in more general terms. There are also developed their component parts on sports marketing and management, sports advertising and sponsorship in sport. The last part of this chapter is devoted to riding. In their work, the author discusses the preparation and implementation of sports event. Evaluates the financial aspects and analyzes the external and internal environment by using SWOT analysis. In the final part depicts the proposals and recommendations for future races.
