Aplikace metod technické diagnostiky ve firmě PF PLASTY CZ

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na technickou diagnostiku v plastikářské firmě. Úvodní část nás seznamuje s firmou PF PLASTY CZ. Dále popisuje elektromotory, čerpadla a teorii metod vibrodiagnosti a tribodiagnostiky, která byla použita pro analýzu stroje ENGEL Victory. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis měření a měřidel. A to analyzátoru vibrací, postupu měření a použitých zkoušek tribodiagnostiky. Provedu rozbor a celkové zhodnocení dat. V závěru je uvedeno doporučení, opírající se o naměřená data, které zajistí delší bezporuchový stav stroje.

The bachelor thesis is focused on a technical diagnostics in the plastic company. An introduction part acquaints us with the company PF PLASTY CZ. It also describes the electric motors, the pumps and the theory and methods of vibrodiagnostics and trobodiagnostics, that was used for analysis of the ENGEL Victory machine. In an practical part I will focus on a description of the measurement and gauges - an analyzer of vibration, measurement procedures and trobodiagnostics tests. I will do an analysis and an overall assessment of the data. Finally is mentioned recommendations based on the measured data to ensure a long trouble-free status of the machine.
