The bachelor thesis deals with the structural design of a workplace for module assembly. In the introduction it is generally described what is thermal management in electric vehicles plus description of the parts involved. The practical part describes the assembly operations (pressing, screwing) that will be performed at the workplace. According to the specified operations, the assembly table is first designed. Subsequently, jigs for positioning the modules under the press and upper jigs (mandrels) are designed, thanks to which the components are pressed into the modules. Finally, some tolerances for the pressing process are calculated. The designed assembly workstation is documented in the appendix of the bachelor thesis.
