Studium vlivu odmašťovacího prostředku na čistotu kovového substrátu

Abstract

This bachelor´s Thesis deals with chemical clearing of the metal substrate using two grease removers. (Alkalit R/2 1199, Simple Green). In the beginning, we will be introduced to the most commonly used methods of cleaning of the surfaces of the metal substrate, by mechanical and chemical means. The main emphasis will be placed on the chemical process of decreasing, respectively, degreasing by immersion in a bath of the aforementioned agents - alkalinity R / 2 and 1199 Simple Green. In the second part we will focus on working process of degreasing, and a brief description of the used equipment. The aim of this thesis is the comparison of two grease removers (alkalinity R/2 in 1199, and Simple Green), emphasizing the pluses and minuses and their economic evaluation.
