Modifikace delta tiskárny pro 3D tisk clay materiálů v monitorovaném uzavřeném prostředí

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the modification of the Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus delta 3D printer for ceramic LDM printing. The design features an enclosed printing chamber with a monitored internal environment that limits print drying and ensures stable conditions during the process. A requirements list defining the conditions for safe and functional operation was compiled based on an analysis of the original printer and a reference device. Four conceptual variants of the enclosed chamber were then proposed and evaluated using Fuller's method, with the selected variant being further developed in detail. The design incorporates an extrusion system, supply hose support via a custom-designed cable carrier, a separate electronics enclosure, and integrated sensors for measuring temperature and relative humidity. The thesis also describes the physical assembly of the proposed design and estimates the financial costs of the modification. The final outcome is a completed construction ready for future commissioning and operation.
