Analýza technologie trojcestného lisování pláště volnoběžky

Abstract

This thesis analyses multiaxial forming technology of coaster brake shell. The introduction describes the current methods of their production and there is also a research of issue of thermoforming and cold pressing technology. In the second part of this work, three different technological processes of coaster brake shell production are analysed, described and evaluated by using the simulation program QForm. The first analytical solution is dealing with production of coaster brake shell by swaging. Two other analyses are relating to production through cold pressing from tubes with two different wall thicknesses. At the end of the work is the evaluation of process of all three variants including techno-economic evaluation.
