Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to measure satisfaction of visitors with provided services of the sport center Havířov and suggesting the possible solutions of the found problems. In theoretical part of my thesis I focused on company characteristics from microenvironment and macroenvironment point of view, theoretical basis of services and marketing research methodics. In the practical part of my thesis I focused on measuring the satisfaction with the provided services of the sport center Havířov, realized by primary marketing research. Final part of my thesis contains suggestions and recommendations concerning the improvement of the quality of provided services.
