Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the influence of the manufacturing operations on the quality of the resulting surface treatment of the electrolytically or electrochemically excluded Zn coating and its subsequent conversion adjustment. The theoretical part is focused on the summary of current trends in surface treatment applications in the manufacturing process and on the influence of risk factors on quality of surface treatment. A summary of the theoretical part is the study of degradative manifestations in practice. The methodology of experimental works is conceived on the basis of a metallographic investigation of the degradative phenomena consequences on the base material and surface treatment.
