Abstract
In this thesis I deal with the options of repair castings made from duplex stainless steels by welding in MSA a.s. Dolní Benešov. A part of this thesis is welding of desks made from duplex stainless steel and consider samples.
Test welds are performed by SMAW (111). Samples were submited some destructive and non-destructive tests.
As a result of thesis is creating a concept of protocol PQR according to ASME CODE Sect. IX, edition 2007, addenda July 2008 and finally technologic process for repair castings made form duplex stainless steel A 890 Gr. 4A, on the basis of satisfactory results of tests.
