Abstract
The bachelor thesis is focused on the competitiveness evaluation of innogy Customer Services, Ltd. There are presented in the theoretical part the basic concepts related to competitiveness and described the methods suitable for assessing the position of the company in competitive environment. The selected company is presented in the following section. The application of the methods described in theory is realized in the practical part, summarizing the results of the particular analyses. It identifies the strengths and weaknesses, including opportunities and threats, which constitute the basis that sets an appropriate strategy for the company. The final summary highlights the strengths of the business and proposes recommendations for improving its competitive position.
