This bachelor thesis deals with design of UAV for measuring of the atmosphere
ground layer. In a preface is described a supplement X, the part of a legislation connected
with UAV. An army UAS Sojka III, the concept that the thesis is based on, is described at
the preface. Hereafter, the thesis mentions a material used for a construction, a type of
the construction and the use of UAV. Aerodynamics and statics calculations of a wing are
described in detail. In the thesis is also mentioned designing and computational software
used. Last but not least the thesis contains annexes connected with the design of the UAV.
