Analýza konkurence na trhu fitness center

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the exploration of selected fitness centres in the territory of the city of Ostrava. The research is carried out via the methods of Mystery Shopping. The results of this analysis served as the basis for the comparison of the quality of services in individual fitness centres. The aim of the work was to draw up an overview of the best fitness center in the territory of the city of Ostrava and propose recommendations for the improvement of services in previously selected fitness center.
